Our accounts department will send you an email after we have confirmed your payment. If you have not received this email by 9:00AM the day after making payment, you can contact us to confirm.
- Need a quote?
- The pricing on the website is correct, but please note it does change daily.
- If you know the products you need, you can place an order on the site and this will email you a Pro Forma Invoice that can serve as a formal quote. You are not obliged to continue with the order.
- Are the prices and stock levels on the website correct?
We make every effort to ensure the prices on our website are correct - if something seems cheap, it's because we've put in a huge amount of effort to get high quality products at great prices. If you place an order for something on the website and make payment, we guarantee that we will either provide it to you at the price listed, or give you a 100% refund. Should stock of a product be unexpectedly unavailable, we will offer you a 100% refund or an alternative.
