I bought this mouse and was very disappointed, It didn't work, I had to go re-flash it, and think when you pay this much, it shouldn't have any problems. Its working now, and its a great mouse overall accept for that 1st problem. if this happens to you, here is the firmware http://www2.corsair.com/software/M60...110711v107.zip.
