Warranty Claims

We are continuing and will continue to process warranties for all products purchased on Prophecy.co.za

If you have a warranty claim on a product purchased prior to January 2015 through our online shop, please email techsupport@prophecy.co.za with your order number and a description of the fault. We will return the product to the original manufacturer or their agents, and assist you with the warranty process.

However, please note that any decisions on warranty made by the manufacturer or their agents will be final. Please also note that physical damage of products is not covered under warranty. When shipping products to us, ensure they are properly packaged and ensured – any losses or damage in shipping are not covered under warranty.
